Drag and Drop in Calendar appointment

Users would like the ability to drag and drop an appointment on the calendar to adjust the booking time slightly, for example, changing it from 10:30 to 10:45, instead of manually opening the appointment window and adjusting the time.

    also drag time to elongate an appointment if need be, ie. more interactive and fluid calendar
