Patient Portal / Appointments : Always display the Site name in the Location tab, even if there is no availabilities and then display the message "No availabilities" only in the next step,

– Task affected: Patient Portal, when the patient is trying to book a new appointment

– Impact : It will be clearer when the site name shows in the Location tab, and the No availabilities message shows in the Practitioner tab,

– Current state The patient is seeing No availabilities in Location tab, which is confusing for some people.
