Private billing filters: displaying status, hiding invalidated bills, etc

In the private billing list (on the left pane of private billing tab) of patient chart,

Currently it shows search window and new criteria. Users want to have more filters that they can utilize for filtering invalidated bills, filter for no show fee vs generic private bills, displaying bill status(paid/payable/saved)
