– Impact: Nurses are not informed about which patients are waiting for triage.

– Current state: This request is essential for the use of the Kiosk at the CMME, as all patients are triaged there. Nurses need to differentiate between patients awaiting triage and those in the waiting room for a specialist (no triage is necessary in this case). Otherwise, family doctors mark these patients as "No Show," which may lead them to set the Kiosk aside to avoid this issue.
