PRIVATE BILLING - Ability to create invoices templates with several services

This will be helpful for private practices and would reduces the number of mistakes.

Objective : having the ability to create invoices templates, which would includes several procedures. E.g. for a surgery : pre-op consultation, exam request, surgery, post-op, etc.

This is a feature provided by Medesync in Quebec and really appreciated and said as very helpful.
