Health card expiration - hide default day or allow accurate day

Request made by Teladocnl in Newfoundland and Labrador.

After inputing an expiration date (year-month) for the health card, the last day of the month is automatically displayed in the patient profile, and in the banner when faxing/printing medical summaries and notes.

Client requests that accurate information be displayed.

Options :

• Hide default day from being displayed

• Allow manual input of expiration day
