Being able to save templates of a form for future uses

Affected user(s): Providers creating forms

Task affected: Adding forms to a clinical note

Impact: It would save a lot of times if providers could save a template of a form that has multiple boxes to check, such has a blood test form.

Current state: Client needs to check all boxes back when they add the form to another patient

Competition consideration: Client mentions it was available for four other EMR they were using
