CRDS: Add an option to print entries from the conseil numérique directly from the medical note in which they were created, including the specialist's response

Affected User(s):
Users with access to and who utilize the CRDS's conseil numérique in MYLE.

Task Affected:
Maintaining a record of user questions in the patient file outside of their notes and enabling printing.

Impact:
Users are unable to print the conseil numérique entries they created.

Current State:
Users cannot print the conseil numérique entries they created and must search for them in the notes where they were created or in Portfolio > CRDS et Conseil numérique > Toutes les requêtes.
