[CLINICAL NOTE] Prescriptions - Validation of if the prescription was sent or not at note approbation

Task affected:

• The affected process is the approbation of notes.

Impact:

• Considerable time saved.

• The absence of validation upon note approval to see if the contained prescription/form has been faxed or not is a risk for errors; having a pop up that indicates that the prescription was not sent and asking if the user wants to approve anyway would avoid these.

Current state:

• Currently no work around for this; the patient has to call back the clinic and indicate the pharmacy never got their prescription, etc
