Let admin control the order of the services list in user configuration profil.

– Affected user(s): Admin officer, that configure the users service list. Also impact medical account that create a clinical note.

– Task affected: In user profile, section configuration, when the admin set the user's services list, he can't choose the order of services/Combos. As the first service in this list is used as the default service during the clinical note creation process. It also impacts the clinical note creation if it's not correctly set.

– Impact : While an admin add the first services of a user. Every time a clinical account with wrong configurations, create a clinical note. It cost few seconds to change the service in the clinical note but multiplied this by the number of note created within a day might be important.

– Current state : Admin doesn't choose the services list order, they couldn't manage this part. Clinical account change manually, the service within the note.
