Be able to add events in scheduling template

– Affected user(s): Clinics admin, calendar administrator or MOA

– Task affected: When MOA or admin, manage clinician calendar and should add recuring events. They manage this part in "Scheduling" section

– Impact : Everytime an MOA or admin should add a different recurring event in clinician calendar. it could save few second on each practiotioner calendar.

– Current state By adding manually recurring event they are able to manage the situation but have to do it for one calendar at a time.
