By syncing with the DSQ, it would be possible to automatically populate all missing fields when creating a new patient.

Everyone who uses DSQ. Is this issue encountered by a small portion of users, or by everyone? Everyone. Satellite settings. Some doctors don't use it because they find the patient creation form too time-consuming to fill out.
– Task affected: When creating a new patient file, starting from the DSQ synchronization page.
– Impact : We would save at least 1 hour a day, assuming we lose 1-2 minutes per patient for creating a file.
– Current state : When creating a patient file, the address suggestions are not always accurate.

In Medesync, when syncing the DSQ, the EMR is able to import patient demographique information into the patient file, so as to not have to enter them manually.
In MYLE, the patient demographic information (ex. address, phone #, etc) are displayed when syncing the patient to DSQ. However, there is no option to import that information also.
