Private billing: when sharing a private bill to a patient portal account users would like to bill's appearance to remain the same as before they shared it.

Mr Portugais claims that it is confusing for him because once shared to the portal, private bill no longer displays text in italique. He says that indicates to him that the bill has been paid when it is not the case. I have included a screen capture to explain what he is talking about.
