Some forms require electronic signatures from 2+ users (ex. MD and nurse signing a request for lab analysis, forms used by psychosocial workers, etc).
One of the current workaround options is to continue using a paper form, have everyone involved sign it, and then scan and attach the document into MYLE.
Another workaround is to type the name(s) of the users whose signature cannot be added.
As a user, I would want to add electronic signatures from multiple users to a single form. This allows to reduce the use of paper and have all forms centralized in the notes. This also allows the information to be readily available in MYLE, and not have any delays related to scanning.
Additionnally, some forms may be used in court order cases for psychosocial workers. In this case, typed names instead of electronic signatures would not hold up legally.
