[NOTIFICATIONS] SMS confirmations - Modify the behaviour so that Reply 1 to confirm, Reply 2 to cancel is possible

• Would affect all clerical personnel in a minor way.

• Only specifically for patients who do not trust the link in the SMS

Task affected:

• When confirming appointments via SMS, patients have reported to the clinic that they do not trust the confirmation URL, and hesitate to click on it.

Impact:

• This prevents the patient from properly confirming or cancelling via the SMS notification.

• In turn, these patients call the clinic's clerical personnel to confirm or cancel their appointment.

Current state:

• There is currently no work around for this.
