DOCUMENT Section - ability to change fax number when using return to sender

During fax indexation (MYLE DIRECT) the "return to sender" option opens a popup window where it is possible to modify the number, and add a note.

In the document section, when MD want to approve or annotate, the "return to sender" option doesn't allow to modify/validate the number. A toast notification just appears.

---> With virtual fax numbers, the document won't be faxed, and without the ability to change it anyway when it's failed in the portfolio, the only option is to print the document to send it manually.

--> In CCSMTL, or in any clinics, the growth of the use of virtual sending only numbers makes our option useless.

-> It's an endless process, because it's impossible for anyone to correct that number (even if the MOA or any user during indexing process wants to modify the line).


We would to like to have the same behaviour : remove the toast and open a popup to gain the ability to type manually a fax number
