Consultation request - re-organizing specialist directory upon its specialty / region

When creating consultation requests, users select a specialty and then type the specialist's name.
However, users often do not know which specialists are available near their clinic or within the same region. To address this, I suggest reorganizing our specialist directory hierarchy as follows: Specialty → Region → Specialist Name.

In this approach, when a user selects a specialty, the MYLE system back-end automatically filters specialists based on the selected specialty. The user can then input a region (e.g., Surrey), and the recipient section will display the names of available and registered specialists corresponding to the selected specialty and region.
