Create a new section in tasks and messages in Communication tab

– Affected user(s): Treating staff who is receiving messages and tasks

– Task affected: When dealing with the messages and tasks received

– Impact : The client would like to have a new section maybe called favourites to have an easier access to the most important tasks and messages.

– Current state Right now, the important messages and tasks are lost in the section Archives. They lose time in searching for them
