– Task affected: The client would like, when creating a new task in the patient chart, the "Subject" to be set automatically depending on the "To" selected. For example, if the recipient selected in "To" is "Inf.Aux._(Inf.Aux.)_GMFU-ND", the "subject" should be "InfAux." automatically.

– Impact : This will reduce time and errors.

– Current state Subject needs to be written manually or selected from the list.
