PORTFOLIO: Add column '' Signed / Not Signed '' into My Faxes section

Currently: users that signed their own items can see their signatures, but not other users.
Improvement: To allow other users to see the state of the item (e.i prescriptions, consultation req, etc), add column in My Faxes / Portfolio that would indicate whether the item was signed by the provider or not.
