CALENDAR: Add notifications section next to the PA list in the CALENDAR tab to inform users (who select this option in settings) when a patient cancels their appointment

They should be able to click on that option, and a small window should open where they can see the notifications. They should then be able to checkmark them to inform other users that someone has already contacted the patient.

The notification should include:

  • Patient's name

  • Health card number

  • File number

  • Phone number from the patient file

  • Date of the cancelled appointment

  • Service for the cancelled appointment

  • Time the appointment was cancelled

So they can call the patient as soon as possible to book a new appointment.



Affected user(s):
All users, from secretaries who book the appointments to doctors who see empty spaces in their calendar.

Task affected:
Monitoring appointments cancelled by patients and quickly taking action.

Impact:
Users are not informed when a patient cancels their appointment.

Current state:
There are no notifications to inform users when an appointment is cancelled. Users need to scroll through the calendar to find cancelled appointments and check them one by one to determine whether the cancellation was made by the patient or personnel.
