Being able to sort by the column 'Billed to' in the Receivables section of the Billing tab

Task affected: Treating receivables and contacted insurance company

Impact: It would be helpful for the task of the MOA to be able to sort this column, so she can first deal with insurance company.

Current state: There is no way to change the sorting of the Receivables: they are currently sorted by bill number.
