Results - open attached PDF documents automatically when it's not a granular result

1. Task affected: When they are checking the results that are not granular they have received in Myle.

They offer to create a business rule that automatically opens attached PDF documents when it's not a granular result e.g. (lab or microbiology).

1. Impact : it's becoming more and more frequent

2. Current state: Since doctors are used to seeing the results directly, this is confusing for them and they don't all think to click on the PDF, which means extra clicks that could perhaps be avoided.
