This refers to the creation of new entries in the fax directory

This does not specifically save time, but improves the quality of the information entered when creating the contact.
Current state:
Users currently use the "Note" section of the contact creation, which is not ideal.

I am also adding this idea here as it is related to the directory, this was requested by Dr Benoit and Dr Peter at nhc
Currently in Establishment entries, there is a way of adding a Note associated to the entry. They want to have the same Note box when adding a Professional to the directory
This was also requested by nhc
When creating a new entry in the fax directory, there should be more specialites such as Sleep medicine, Sport medicine when the doctor is a specialist. Currently these choices are not available
