Task Affected:
Printing proof that a fax was successfully sent, when requested by a hospital or government.

Impact:
Users are required to copy and paste the information from the entry (fax sent in PROTFOLIO) into an email.

Current State:
There is no option in MYLE to print proof that a fax was successfully sent upon request.
