CALENDAR: Add option to save the list of appointments as CSV to allow users to import it in Excel.

Affected user(s):
Users responsible for printing the daily appointment list for doctors.

Task affected:
Adding that information to a table and using it to fill billing requests or private bills in MYLE.

Impact:
Multiple clicks are required to find the necessary information.

Current state:
Users must go to the calendar and click on each appointment to access the required information each time.
