PATIENTS/RVQ: Add a Tool to Import Vaccination History from the RVQ to the Immunisation Section of a Note.

Task Affected:
Viewing the vaccination history of a patient and the ability to import it into the note

Impact:
Currently, there is no option to view or import vaccination information outside of the RVQ pop-up.

Current State:
Users must manually add vaccination records to the patient’s file, but these entries are not synced with the RVQ and must be entered one by one.
