ClinicAid - Allow users to set a preferred Service Location in ClinicAid that would override the clinic's default service location in MYLE

Affected user(s):

• Users who bill for doctors

Task affected:

• Billing in ClinicAid

Impact:

• It would save multiple clicks every time the user bills

Current state:

• User must manually go, from the bill in ClinicAid, in the Advanced section, then choose the proper Service Location
