Have the family doctor's name automatically added to clinical notes and prescriptions when printing or faxing them

Task affected: Sending documents to pharmacies or clinics

Impact: Sometimes a prescription will be done or note will be written and sent by a different doctor then the family one. It would be useful to be able to communicate who's the family doctor to the recipient.

Current state: Unless the family doctor is the one sending this information, their name is not shown on notes or documents. Even then, we can't be sure who's the family doctor.
