DOCUMENTS - Ability to restrict / block access to a document through a PIN / Code

Currently: Relatively all clinical users can access the patient's data of the clinic

Improvement: To allow the possibility to block the access to a document, note, result etc by the use of a PIN / Code (similar to signature protected by PIN)
