Have a recall pop-up window appear when we book an appointment where we could mark right away a recall as completed

Affected user(s): MoAs, medical secretaries, nurses and doctors

Task affected: Booking appointments and completing recalls

Impact: It would save time and make more efficient the completion of recalls if we could complete a recall as soon as we book an appointment in MYLE.

Current state: Users must go into the Communications tab and mark the recall as completed after booking the appointment.
