Change the symbol for hidden notes (post-its) in the medical note (making it more intuitive)

They write their notes in MYLE sometimes a day or two after the consultation. When they change the context of the note (changing the date or the context for house visit), a lot of them then do the mistake of adding notes in the little + next to Reason or Other notes and Interventions, which creates a post it (hidden note). They find it counterintuitive as the + next to Reason does not function the same as the + next to Forms, for example.

Some suggestions:
- when the context or date of the note is edited, no need to click on Modify at the bottom of the note to start writing
- change the + next to the sections of the note for a post-it logo or another symbol

-add a disclaimer or warning saying these are hidden notes when someone writes there
