Modify the title directly by clicking on the title to edit it

Affected user(s): All the users

Task affected: Once the note is generated, the client would like to be able to quickly modify the title of the note where the consultation notes are listed

Impact and Current state: currently they need to click on the 3 dots, click on Modify and save the change. It would save time and a few clicks if the title could be modified simply by clicking on the title
