Delete empty sections when printing forms from CareWay

Actually, when we copy / paste from CareWay, empty sections are not displayed. When printing from CoeurWay standalone, the sections are still there, and it's impossible to remove. Empty sections should not appear.

Actually, when a user change the langage to generate a new note by using the same model, the note is remplaced. For langage control, we want to get a new note in a new tab, to allow user to compare the note in differents langages.
