This however would facilitate the work of all administrative personnel
Task affected:
When navigating to a day in the past in the calendar, the filters do not automatically default to the people that were working that day. In the case of the user, that means having to get up from her workstation, walk over to the physical calendar, take note of the providers that were present that day, and configuring her filters to display the right providers for that past date. She then has to, when returning the calendar to today's date, reselect all her providers and filters for the current day. The user would like for the calendar to automatically display who was working on the selected date in the past.
Impact:
This would allow for the users to be able to know at a glance who was in on which day without having to rely on external sources or manually flipping through all available resources in the calendar on the given date.
This time loss is cumulative if they need the information multiple times in the same day.
Current state:
The user currently has to use external resources to be able to display the right information in the calendar, and then manually set the filters for that date, and then reset her filters manually for the current day.
