All users with access to the PATIENT tab.
Task affected:
In the Appointment tab of the History section of the patient file, users would like the ability to search or filter by Status: No Show, Completed, Cancelled by Patient, etc.
Ideally, these states could 1/ be available as search or filter criteria, to make it easier to quickly locate appointments according to their status. 2/ Keep the same color code as that used in the main appointment calendar, to ensure visual consistency and better legibility.
Impact:
This feature would significantly improve the efficiency of consulting patient appointment history for administrative support.
Current state:
Users should go through all appointments.
