ADMINISTRATION: Add an option to designate a user's main practice location within the Permissions section of their MYLE account

Task Affected:
Ability to easily identify a user's main practice location within MYLE

Impact:
Admins must currently refer to external databases to determine a user's main practice location, leading to inefficiencies and potential errors.

Current State:
There is no way to view or assign a user’s main practice location within the Permissions section if they have access to multiple sites.
