Forms - Rename

We were taught to use the blank form template to write a letter. It would be great if we can just have a letter template.

And also when I use this blank form template - I can’t rename the form to what i want (ie. letter to etc.) which makes it difficult to find in the future without opening the form and reading it. So allowing us to rename a form would be a useful feature.
