Easier way to modify a template with services

Affected user(s): all the users having access to Scheduling tab

Task affected: When modifying a template with the services.

Current state: When they want to change if a service is offered on the portal. They need to remove the service and add it again with the modifications. The client would like to modify this the same way it is done for the Scheduling rule.
