[CPP] Preventative Care Activities - Add an option for testosterone replacement tracking

Task affected:

• The issue arises during the preventative care workflow in MYLE, specifically under the Preventative Activity section.

• There is currently no specific item for tracking PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) monitoring in the context of testosterone replacement therapy.

Impact:

• The absence of this item makes it difficult to track and standardize appropriate PSA monitoring for patients on TRT.

• Adding it as a dedicated preventative activity would improve consistency, documentation, and patient safety.

• Frequency: Ongoing, as PSA monitoring is a routine part of care for this patient population.
