Medical note: Users would like a clinical note, under the treating physician's name, to be created automatically when the appointment status is changed to In waiting Room.

Doctors often forget to open a note and at the end of the day, they cannot remember is certain actions were taken. By having a note automatically being generated in their name when the patient arrives at the clinic and the appointment status is changed, they would be able to see the patients for who they didn't write anything in the note, letting them know that they forgot to document the consultation.
