[Results] eDelivery - Possibility to integrate a secured email adress for reception of lab results

  Primarily clinicians and/or administrative staff at the clinic.

• Is this problem experienced by a small group or everyone?
  Could potentially affect all clinics involved in receiving reports from the Institut de Cardiologie et Pneumologie de Québec.

  The issue arises with the process of receiving reports from the Institut de Cardiologie et Pneumologie de Québec via email. Dr. Desjardins wants the ability to receive these emails directly into MYLE for security and efficiency purposes, without having to manually upload each document from an external email, as the Institut transmitted a newsletter indicating that this would soon become the norm.

  This pertains to MYLE's document management and email integration system, specifically the process for receiving and processing documents from external sources (in this case, email).
