Enable Coeurway to Capture Audio Directly from PC Calls

Dr. Stephen Lebeuf from seawatchmedical would like Coeurway to capture both sides of a patient call directly from the PC, without needing to use their phone or put the call on speaker. In short, they’re asking for Coeurway to be compatible with calls received on the computer.

Doctors who use Coeurway and receive patient calls on their computer (via VOIP or telemedicine).

AI transcription during virtual or phone consultations.

Impact:

Improved accuracy of transcriptions and reduced friction for users. Capturing both sides of the conversation directly from the PC would provide clearer audio for the AI, save time, and improve overall usability.

Current state:

Doctors currently open Coeurway on their phone and put the computer call on speaker so the phone can "hear" the patient. This workaround is not reliable and leads to lower transcription quality. If AI Scribe could capture audio directly from PC-based calls, it would eliminate this step, improve transcription accuracy, and streamline the workflow,potentially saving several minutes per call.
