Automatically change the outgoing fax number when changing the active site

Lacroix is a network of clinics with multiple sites and where the staff, both medical and clerical, can work at many different sites.

In MYLE, when a user changes sites, they need to change the active site and the outbound fax in their configuration. The outbound fax is important so that in cases where the fax is returned to the sender, it lands in the correct fax inbox. Secretaries will often fax consultation requests for the MD.

In Medesync, the active site is defined by the site associated with the schedule. The MD has no action to take to ensure a proper configuration.

Requested improvement :

Option 1 : When changing the active site, automatically change the outbound fax number to match with the active site.

Option 2 : Based on the schedule of the day, where services are already assigned to a site, automatically set the active site and the outbound fax to match with the site of the services.
