Add a filter to hide exam requests and consultation requests sent from inactive patient files in the Portfolio

Task affected: Reviewing sent exam requests and consultation requests from the Portfolio

Impact: It would give a much more friendly view of the ongoing exam requests and consultation requests if the ones sent from an inactive patient file are hidden

Current state: There is no way to filter out exam requests and consultation requests sent from inactive patient files
