Currently, MYLE only provides graphs for vital signs. Since PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores are not considered vital signs, they are not included in the graphing feature.
This request is to add graph functionality for PHQ-9 and GAD-7, so users can visualize and track the evolution of these scores over time, just like with other vital signs.
Affected user(s):
Physicians, nurses, and health professionals.
This is relevant for any care provider who monitors mental health and wants to assess a patient’s progress using PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores over time.
Task affected:
Reviewing a patient’s clinical history and progress in MYLE.
More specifically, tracking changes in mental health assessments (PHQ-9 and GAD-7) as part of ongoing care and treatment evaluation.
Impact:
Helps clinicians quickly assess whether a patient's mental health is improving or worsening.
Avoids the need to manually chart or review scores one by one.
Current state:
It is currently not possible to view PHQ-9 and GAD-7 as graphs. Clinicians must manually review past scores to understand progression.
