Add a type of clientele for the service

Affected user(s):

• Family doctors, doctors, residents, nurses, etc

Task affected:

• When a patient books an appointment, the client wants only the resident or IPS registered with the RAMQ to be available for booking — not the family doctor

Impact:

• They would like to exclude the family doctor registered with the RAMQ from the list of clinicians when an IPS or a resident is listed as the treating provider in the patient's file
