[CALENDAR] Group Appointments - Possibility to edit or delete recurring group appointments

  • This task is part of the appointment management workflow in MYLE, specifically in areas involving recurring group sessions.


Impact:

  • Group appointments often involve recurrence, so a single data entry error can multiply across many sessions and patients.

  • Currently, there is no way to edit or delete these appointments after creation, which leads to inaccurate records in patient files.

  • The only workaround is marking the appointment as "Cancelled by staff," which does not reflect the actual nature of the mistake and still leaves a misleading trace in patient records.

  • Unlike individual appointments (where a patient can be removed), group appointments are rigid. This limits data accuracy and creates administrative inefficiencies.

  • Adding a new appointment status like "Error" could help clarify the situation and prevent confusion in clinical and reporting contexts.


Current state:
