MYLE: Add Captcha as a security mesure when users login.

Enable Captcha as an optional security measure when users log in to their account.

Impact:

Clinics currently only have MFA as an option.

Current State:

We do not currently offer Captcha as an option, and some clinics are asked by their cybersecurity teams to enable this feature in their EMR for an added layer of security.
