Clinic sees many allophone patients, making it hard for the secretary to enter patient information (name, email address, health card number (only numbers in NB) without mistakes. Estimates having 6000+ patients at the clinic.
Allowing patients to edit any mistakes in their portal account would reduce administrative work.

They want to have the ability for the patient to make edits from the portal - such as address, etc, as well as having the option for more information such as the emergency contact of the patient. Actually, the patient has to contact the clinic to make edits
